All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, it will be stated ‘Not Available’.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within the Klang Valley only, except for these areas:
- Puncak Alam
- Port Klang
- Hulu Langat
- Bandar Baru Bangi
Any shipments to other locations are not available at this time.
There is a minimum purchase of RM150 for free delivery. RM10.00 transportation fee will be charged for all purchases below RM150.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you on the day of delivery. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Our delivery times are between 10:00am – 5:00pm.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. ‘Business day’ is defined by Mondays to Saturdays, except Sundays and public holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays and public holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Once goods are delivered, they are strictly non-returnable, with the exception of damaged goods or items wrongly delivered. See below if you have received damaged goods or received the wrong items.
Damaged Items in transporter Undelivered Items or Wrong Items Sent
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery or your items are not delivered after 5 days or if the wrong items are sent, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will proceed to rectify the order. Please include item name, order number and contact details.
There will be no refunds, but we will replace the order within 3-5 working days with no delivery charges.
